Well impressed with the service! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I required an official house / building report. A young lady came at precisely 10am as scheduled; she adhered to all covid regulations, was very professional and courteous. I required the report on the same day... and NS Estates managed to get it completed by late afternoon; though their normal policy would be to provide it for the following day.

Arrived on time , polite , courteous, gave advice, listened and answered all my questions, which were many.
Andrea came prepared with lots of information, She had obviously done her homework before coming to see me. She talked me through the sales process as it’s not something I had done previously.

Nasir and the team at NS Estates have got to be one of the best teams in estate agency and property management we have ever dealt with. Communication is outstanding and they are always there whenever you need something. We were let down by another agent in the area and since NS estates took over, it has been a great experience all round.
